NEW - BEGINNERS WORKSHOP - CHESHUNT AREA - JANUARY 2026
This Beginners Pilates Workshop is a supportive, welcoming session designed for anyone who is completely new to Pilates, feeling a little anxious about joining a class, or returning after some time away and in need of a refresher. We’ll begin with simple mindset tools to help calm the nervous system and reconnect mind to body, before learning the basic principles and foundations of Pilates — including alignment and how to set your body up safely and effectively. You’ll then be guided through gentle movement while applying these principles, with plenty of support and encouragement along the way. Everyone will be in the same boat, so there’s no need to feel intimidated or worry about getting things “right.” You’ll leave feeling energised, more confident in your body, and excited to come back for more.

This workshop is for you if:
You’ve never tried Pilates before
You feel nervous or unsure about joining a group class
You’ve had a break from movement and feel a bit rusty
You want to understand the basics properly before committing to classes
You’d like guidance on alignment and safe movement
You want to feel confident, supported, and at ease
No previous experience is needed — just a willingness to show up and try. This is a friendly, judgment-free space where everyone is learning together.
