Your One Day Wellness Retreat 🌿
Its November, Autumn has arrived, and the Christmas busy brain has started to kick in...presents, food, Christmas concerts, the dreaded conversation with family - who's hosting Christmas - sounds funny now but its the truth and it can get stressful!!
So how about a day to yourself before the busy period, a day away from household chores, kids, work and come and join my One Day Retreat to unwind, relax, move our body in a gentle way and leave feeling calm, energised and ready to go...
I will be hosting this Retreat on:
Saturday the 15th November 2025
Venue: Cucumber Fields in Essendon
Time: 11.30am-4pm
From the instant you arrive, the space feels like a sanctuary of calm and tranquility.

The day will start at 11.30am and finish at 4pm and will include the following:
Pilates with me, Cheryl
Moving the body to release tension away from the back, ease aches & stiffness from the body, and bring the mind to a calm state - Don’t worry if you are new to Pilates - I will offer modifications to suit all abilities.
Lunch
There will be a range of food for everyone - I will need to check dietary requirements before I can make a final decision, but rest assured, you will not go hungry!
Crisp Autumn Walk
I can't think of anything better than wrapping up and getting the fresh air - obviously this will be weather dependent and I will have another plan should the weather go against us.
You can always just relax at the venue which is what some people did for my Summer Retreat, or just have a look around the grounds and see the animals. Tea & coffee will be available after lunch too.
You will feel nourished from good food, movement and time outdoors.
Stretch Session with me, Cheryl
After this stretch session, you’ll feel lighter, more open, and deeply relaxed — as though your body has let go of tension and your mind has found stillness, ready for your Meditation and Sound Bath.
Meditation & Sound Bath with Nicole from Nu Yu Wellness
Nicole has hosted at many of my Retreats, is very experienced and its a great way to end the day.
Light Refreshments - A selection of tea and cakes (naughty but nice).
