JANUARY EVENING SOUND BATH….
An Evening Sound Bath is a deeply relaxing experience designed to help you slow down, reset, and unwind as we move into the new year. The evening will begin with 15 minutes of gentle, mindful movement to release tension from the body and help you settle into a calm state, followed by a 45-minute guided meditation and sound bath.
A sound bath is a form of relaxation where you simply lie down, get comfortable, and allow soothing sounds and vibrations to wash over you. Using instruments such as singing bowls, the sounds help calm the nervous system, quiet the mind, and encourage deep rest — no effort or experience required. There is nothing to do other than relax and receive.
This evening is a chance for our community to come together, step away from the busyness of everyday life, and ease back into routine feeling grounded, relaxed, and restored. Light refreshments will be served afterwards, allowing time to gently reawaken and connect before heading home.

No previous experience with meditation, movement, or sound baths is needed. This is a welcoming, supportive space — come exactly as you are.
