Why Pilates?
I first discovered Pilates while recovering from a serious back injury.
At the time, I honestly didn’t think it was for me — but within a short space of time, I could feel the difference.
Pilates didn’t just support my recovery… it completely changed my relationship with my body.
It became something I relied on, something I believed in — and eventually, something I felt passionate about sharing with others.
Over the past 11 years, I’ve been teaching Pilates, and I still love seeing the transformation it brings to my clients — helping them move more freely, feel stronger in their bodies, and enjoy a calmer, clearer mind.
I trained with Future Fit in London, gaining my Level 3 Mat certification, and since then I’ve worked with a wide range of clients, both 1:1 and in small groups — locally and now online across the UK.
One thing I’ve seen time and time again is how hard it can be for mums to prioritise themselves.
Life is busy — work, children, home — and looking after your own body often gets pushed to the bottom of the list.
That’s why I created Quick Wins for Time-Starved Mums — short, manageable online sessions designed to fit into real life.
Alongside the workouts, you’ll have my support, guidance, and encouragement — because I understand how it feels, and this is exactly how I move to stay pain-free myself.
I truly believe Pilates is for everyone.
So even if you’ve ever thought “this isn’t for me” — I gently invite you to give it a try.
