Gentle class, just re visiting the principles, focusing on exercises to look after your spine.

8 Minute - Lower Spine Love

A very gentle & controlled class, focusing on strengthening the lower spine & really looking after it. It’s also about keeping your body in alignment by working on pelvic stabilization too.

Great for releasing aches & stiffness if you it at a desk all day.

20 minute - Back to Recovery

This class is a very gentle class to help those with long covid, recover from an injury or illness.

This is a great every day class for you to feel stretched and release tension.

15 minutes - Centre & Spine connection

In this class, we work on pelvic stabilization & core stability to ensure the basic foundations are in place, when carrying out a movement.

17 minutes - Release the spine

Most of us get a stiff and achy back at times and so this is the class for you!! Release tension and your spine will feel more mobile and stretched out! Happy Days!!
