12 minutes - Movement for stiff backs
If you get up in the morning and your back feels stiff, this is the class for you!
Some gentle exercises to mobilise and stretch the spine, leaving you ready for the day!
17 minute - Stretch & Relax
This is a lovely class if you just want some gentle movement & stretching.
If you are tired and not feeling doing a class, this will set you up for the day or leave you feeling relaxed at the end of the day.
9 minutes - Mobility & Posture
Whether you’ve been for a walk, run or done any form of exercise, a stretch at the end of your workout is so important.
Here is a short 9 minute stretch which will help with muscle tightness and prevent injuries.
15 minutes - Calm, Downtime Pilates
A class to gently unwind, relax & calm the mind.
Prefect after a hectic day!
15 minutes - Move & Stretch
If you get up in the morning, hobble around a bit because you feel stiff, then this class is for you!!
Wake the body up with some gentle movement and stretch away ready for your day.
11 minute - Lunch Time Stretch
If you sit at a desk all day, this is a great way to get some movement back into your body and stretch out.
Quick, but effective. Give it a go!!
13 minutes - Calming Evening Pilates
A class for when you don’t fancy doing too much but still want to move your body in a very gentle way at the end of the day.
20 minute - Back to Recovery
This class is a very gentle class to help those with long covid, recover from an injury or illness.
Gentle mobility exercises to help you ease aches & stiffness to help you feel better in yourself.
30 minute - Release, stretch & strengthen the Spine
This is a great every day class for you to feel stretched and release tension.
7 minutes - Short of time, feel good stretch
Sometimes we just feel like we want a good stretch but have very little time, and so this class is for you!
