14 minutes - The Basic Foundations Tutorial

This class is all about the basics—the things that make Pilates work safely and effectively! Think of it like learning the ABCs before reading a book.

Neutral spine, core engagement & lateral breathing - it will all make sense!

Class 3 - Weighted Movement

Incorporate small hand weights to deepen your practice, build stability, and enhance your overall strength.

26 minutes - Class 1 - Practice & Flow

Now that you’ve learned the basics, it’s time to bring them to life on the mat! In this class, we’ll apply neutral spine, core engagement, and lateral breathing to gentle mobility exercises that will leave you feeling looser, more relaxed, and maybe even a little taller! 💫 Let’s get moving!
