YOUR 10 DAY XMAS 2025 Core & Connection Challenge

Connection & Core is a 10-day intermediate Pilates challenge designed to fire up your deep core, improve precision, and strengthen your entire body in just 10–15 minutes a day. Each session focuses on finding sharp muscle activation and stronger mind-body connection while moving through dynamic, challenging Pilates sequences.

DAY 1 - Deep Core Ignition & Coordination

A focused core session that sharpens your rib-to-pelvis connection and improves coordination, setting the foundation for stronger, more controlled movement throughout the challenge.

DAY 4 - Glutes + Hip Stability

A powerful lower-body session that strengthens your glutes and hips to support deeper core activation and better alignment.

DAY 7 - Balance + Full-Body Control

A balance session adding in the squishy ball that improves stability, coordination, and core control through challenging standing and mat based exercises.

DAY 10 - Calming & Relaxing Pilates

I always like to finish a challenge calm & relaxed, especially for this time of year when we are getting all the last bits ready for Xmas. This is your permission to take just 17 minutes from your day, to move, to release tension & to feel calm.

DAY 2 - Dynamic Spinal Mobility & Controlled Articulation

A fluid class that challenges your spinal articulation and flexibility, helping you move with greater ease, control, and length through the whole body, while keeping deep core connection.

DAY 5 - Upper Body Strength + Plank Series

A dynamic upper-body and plank-focused class that builds shoulder stability, arm strength, and full-body integration.

DAY 8 - Power Pilates Flow

A slightly faster-paced & longer class, energising flow that links intermediate Pilates exercises into a seamless sequence to elevate strength and stamina.

DAY 3 - Core Power: Flexion Challenge

An intense abdominal burn that builds strength, endurance, and precision in all flexion-based core movements.

DAY 6 - Obliques + Rotation Flow

A controlled, rotational sequence that sculpts your waistline, improves spinal mobility, and enhances functional core strength.

DAY 9 - Core Endurance

Today we deepen core connection with slow, controlled exercises and short holds, focusing on smooth, supportive movement that strengthens without overwhelming.
