17 minute - Hip Mobility
This class is designed to enhance hip mobility, relieve tension, and improve overall flexibility in the hip area. Through a series of gentle, targeted movements, you'll unlock stiffness, increase range of motion, and feel more ease and fluidity in your daily activities.
11 minute Morning Spine & Hip Movement
When you get up in the morning and feel stiff and achy in the spine & hips, this class will ease away the stiffness, leaving you ready for your day.
20 minutes - Hips & Glutes
To mobilise into the hips as well as strengthening into the glutes. Add in your loop band if you can and really challenge yourself on this one.
Strengthening into these areas helps to work with the spine & core to allow us to move with more ease, so its a must!!
23 minutes -Hips, Spine & Stretch
Hip & back mobility exercises with some lovely stretches in between.
13 minutes - Hip Flexors
Add this to your daily routine to keep your hips moving & active to carry out your daily tasks with more ease.
17 Minutes - Happy Hips
Opening and stretching the front of the hips, and oiling the hip as I like to say to ease away stiffness, leaving you with Happy Hips!
