23 min Mobility Class

Another mobility class for you. Whether you do this first thing in the morning or last thing in the evening, its good to get some movement around your joints.

24 min Good Morning Pilates

When you wake up feeling stiff and need a good stretch, this class is for you.

Some gentle movements in the joints, to get you ready for the day.

22 minutes - Mobility & Posture

If you've had a tough day at the office, this will be a great class for you do.  Release tension, ease away all the aches & stiffness and generally feel a whole lot better in yourself.

17 minutes - Hip mobility

This class is designed to enhance hip mobility, relieve tension, and improve overall flexibility in the hip area. Through a series of gentle, targeted movements, you'll unlock stiffness, increase range of motion, and feel more ease and fluidity in your daily activities.

27 minutes - Improve your Posture

This is a great class to ease tension from the neck, open out into the shoulders, strengthen the mid back and mobilize the hip joints.

Good for everyone but especially for people who sit at desks for long periods of time.

11 minutes - Morning Spine & Hip Movement

When you get up in the morning and feel stiff and achy in the spine & hips, this class will ease away the stiffness, leaving you ready for your day.

23 minutes - Work On Your Posture

This class is all about opening up your shoulders, easing tension from your neck, and freeing up your mid-back so your body feels lighter and more mobile.

22 min Pilates for the neck and shoulders

We all get aches and pain in this area from time to time, some more than others and this is the perfect class to help ease those problems.

19 minutes - Full Body movement

Lets get the body moving with some gentle mobility exercises, and just finding that connection into the core.

Leaving you feeling less tensed, stretched and ready for the day or if in the evening, a nice way to unwind.

17 minutes Pilates Flow

This class works on mobility and strength, working around the mat and with exercises flowing from one to another.

Great for getting that short workout in a short space of time - You will feel it!

17 minutes - Lunch Time Movement

Desk Workers - This one is especially for you!!

Take a little time out of your lunch break to ease tension and move your body in a gentle but effective way.

17 minutes - Back to Pilates

If you’ve been on holiday, taken some time out or just want to move your body in a gentle way, then this class is for you…. Slow and steady movement to allow your body to feel more mobile and your mind a lot clearer.

5 minutes - Pelvic Floor Connection

Heard of Pelvic Floor Engagement? Not really sure of the connection. Here I show how to connect into this area, work as part of your core and also breath work.

It’s essential to get this connection correct to enable you to feel it in the right area, but to also support the spine when carrying out the exercises.

18 minute - Awakening Functional Pilates

Full body class, with mobilizing exercises to increase your side body strength, low back strength, and shoulder mobility.

23 minutes -Nourish your Body & Mind

Hip & back mobility exercises  with some lovely stretches in between
