26 minutes - Intermediate Classic Pilates

This Pilates class takes you through key exercises from the original repertoire. You'll start with The Hundred to activate the abdominals and build endurance, followed by the Roll-Up to enhance spinal mobility and stretch the back. For a greater challenge, we include the Roll-Over, promoting deep core engagement and flexibility. This session is designed to strengthen and lengthen your body while refining your technique, leaving you feeling strong, centered, and energized.

20 minute - Its a Classic!!

This class focuses on some of the Classic and original exercises created. Checking in with the Principles of Pilates, we look at strengthening into all aspects of the body.
