10 minute core burn
If you only have 10 minutes, this class is for you. Short but effective. You will still feel you have done a good workout!
16 min Energising Flow Pilates
A short class which will energise you and get your heart rate up. A nice way to start your day to wake you up, or last thing in the evening after a long day at work.
25 minute - Full body
Working through the whole of the body, strengthening from head to toe!!
19 minutes - Strength & Stability
We use the Pilates Ball in this class to really challenge stability, ensuring you find that deep connection into your core to maintain a stable pelvis - very important to understand in all Pilates exercises
12 min core blast
This class is for Intermediate/advanced level. Its short and sweet, but effective.
The exercises really work into the core as its alot about control. If you want a little challenge for yourself, this one is for you.
26 min Body Conditioning Class
A class focusing on lengthening, stretching and toning the muscles.
A slow, steady controlled class but still challenging.
20 minutes - Hip, Glutes & Hamstrings
Stiff hips? Tight glutes & Hamstrings? This class will be great for you to mobilise, strengthen and stretch into these areas.
15 minutes - Arms & Abs
To target and engage your deep core muscles while incorporating small hand weights to activate and strengthen your shoulders. It’s a focused, efficient workout that blends core stability with upper body strength, helping you build a toned, balanced physique in just a short amount of time.
17 min Ultimate Pilates Flow
An energising class to get the heart rate up a little. Gentle but challenging.
24 Minute - Combo Pilates
2 exercises, added together. Get the brain working on this one with some co-ordination!!
23 minutes - The Powerhouse
In Pilates this is known as strengthening the abs, back, hip & glutes together which make a strong foundation for any movement carried out… so its challenging but a must!
