7 Day Summer 2025 Challenge ⋆

DAY 1 - Strong Arms

Let’s start by working into the arms & shoulders. I’ve added in a few squats & spine mobility.

Great to strengthen so we can carry the shopping, lift the kids or grandkids or just do our daily household chores!

DAY 4 - Glutes & Core Burn

Strengthening the glutes as well as the Lower tummy muscles today - perfect for support - bending carrying & lifting

Working around the mat - there is a side & front series today.

DAY 7 - Feel good Finisher

Will be starting with our hand weights, keeping the movement slow controlled and calm, moving down on the mat for some breath work and relaxation.

Ending this challenge stronger than when you started!

Your 7 day Summer Challenge is here…

Get ready to feel strong & toned. Clear your mind so you feel calm & centered.

We will be adding small hand weights into all these classes - optional of course - grab some tins from the cupboard or water bottles if you don’t have any.

Short classes from 8-15 minutes so easy to carve into your day.

DAY 2 - Arms & Abs

Working those tummy muscles to support the spine and spicing it up with some upper body movement too.

DAY 5 - Standing Sculpt

Move tall, feel tall!

Full body standing series adding in some balance and coordination.

Standing movement energises, wakes up the circulation and feels super achievable - you don’t even need your mat for this one.

DAY 3 - Arms & Glutes

Yes we are connecting into our glutes today… why? because they help support the spine. We are keeping the weights to tone the arms, and with one of my favs the Shoulder Bridge its a combination of connecting into our POWERHOUSE - hips, abs, lower back & glutes - Tell yourself ‘ I am Strong’.

DAY 6 - Total Body Flow

It’s a combo of the exercises learnt over the last 5 days into a lovely body flow.
