Your 5 Day Strength & Glow Challenge
The Strength & Glow Challenge is a series of short, 15–20 minute Pilates sessions designed to fit easily into your day while helping you build strength in a gentle, supportive way.
Each session focuses on improving mobility, supporting your spine, and creating that mind-to-body connection, without feeling overwhelming. By the end, you’ll feel stronger, more energised, and more confident in your body — with that lovely “spring in your step” feeling we’ve been building in class.
DAY 1 - 15 minutes Upper Body & Core
A gentle upper body and core session using light weights to build strength and support — leaving you feeling stronger, more lifted, and connected.
DAY 4 - 13 minutes Strength & Support
A supportive strength session using light weights and a band — leaving you feeling steadier and more confident.
DAY 2 - 13 minutes - Lower Body & Core
Lower body and core work to build strength and control — helping you feel more stable, supported, and energised.
DAY 5 - 20 minutes Strength & Glow
A gentle full-body flow bringing everything together — repeating simple movements to build confidence, strength, and leave you feeling energised and glowing.
DAY 3 - Rotation
A full-body session combining upper body, lower body, and gentle rotation — building strength while improving mobility and control.
