SERIES 7 - ITS ALL ABOUT THE SPINE

24 mins - Pilates for desk posture - Class 1

Some gentle mobility exercises to ease into the spine. Great to do if you sit at a desk all day, always take breaks to stretch!

30 mins - Look after your spine - Class 4

So its not just about mobilisation and stengthening the spine, its about working those muscles that support the spine as well.

This class I have included exercises to help strengthen the hips and glutes a well.

SERIES 8 - PROPS

25 mins - Pilates using the Long Band Class 1

Using the band can really add support to the exercises and I wanted to introduce this, as you may want to add into other classes.

It can really help improve your range of movement, so you if suffer from stiffness, this is a great class for you.

25 mins - Pilates using the ball- Class 4

Adding in the Pilates ball can really make the exercises a little more challenging, a great class for toning the arms and shoulders, as well as strengthening the inner thighs.

SERIES 9 - POWERHOUSE PILATES

19 mins - Upper abs - Class 1

Having strong abdominals support good posture by helping prop up your spine, so it feels more natural to stand tall.

This class I have focused specifially on the upper abs. Challenging but fun.

22 mins - Hips - Class 4

A great class for mobilising and strengthening the hips.

SERIES 10 - MOVEMENT

21 mins - Breathing & Movement- Class 1

We all need to breathe!! But, in Pilates there is a specific breathing technique designed to aid the movement & muscle activation for each exercise, and this is what this class is based on.

22 mins - Every Day Movement Pilates - Class 4

A great way to start your day. Be ready to just get some movement into your body.

SERIES 11 - ROTATION

16 mins - Obliques & Rotation Class 1

Rotation is a very important aspect of Pilates, as it creates an awareness of the deep muscles that hug and support the spine. In this class you will really feel the muscles at the side of your waist working.

19 mins - Pure Rotation - Class 4

I’ve taken a selection of exercises from the previous 3 classes, to make it fun but challenging. Testing your strength and mobility on this one!!

18 mins -Strengthen and stretch into the lower spine- Class 2

A class to strengthen the lower spine, and I’ve added in a small blanket as a little extra for support.

22 mins - Stretch and Relax - Class 5

Final class of the series, is a little more calming. Some lovely stretches into the body and relaxation at the end.

21 mins -Strengthen and tone Pilates- Class 2

Gentle exercises adding in small hand weights. Great to strengthen and tone the arms and shoulders.

17 mins - Stretch and Relax - Class 5

Final class of the series, is a little more calming. Some lovely stretches into the body adding in the band again.

Final class of the series, I’ve taken exercises from the previous classes to how how its important to not just strengthen the core, but other muscles as well. Work them together and they create a strong body!!

24 mins -Movement into the neck & shoulders- Class 2

This is a great class to ease tension from the neck and build up some strength into the shoulders. You will need your long band to makes the exercises a little more challenging.

21 mins - Stretch & Relax - Class 5

Final class of the series is a nice stretch & relax which we all need. You could do this class after a walk, cycle, run or just to simply relax in the evening.

A continuation of adding in rotation to the exercise, to create strength work around the obliques.

15 min - Stretch

A great way to finish this series with a nice long stretch. I’m sure you need it after the last class!!

18 mins - Upper back - Class 3

This class is upper back focused, mobility and strengthening.

18 mins - Pilates with the loop band - Class 3

In this class, you will learn exercises to strengthen the glutes and inner thighs.

19 mins - Glutes - Class 3

In this class, I share exercises to strengthen the glutes (in other words our bottom)!!

23 mins - Movement into the hips - Class 3

As we get older, we really need to keep the hips moving, and this is exactly what this class is about, and helping to look after your lower back.

22 mins - Rotation into the hips - Class 3

In this class, we work more into the hips adding in rotation. This can help with mobility for stiff hips and increase the range of movement. Also can help improve flexibility.

SERIES 12 - BACK EXTENSION

18 mins - Back extension & Core - Class 1

Doing back extension exercises can really help to strengthen the lower back & core, and the exercises in this class do exactly that!

15 mins - Including Hips, glutes & shoulders - Class 2

Still focusing on back extension, this class includes exercises to also strengthen into the hip, glutes & shoulders.

May be short, but its challenging!!

18 mins - Core - Class 3

A reminder to keep your core strength, moving onto exercises that focus on extension, creating a strong body.

17 mins - Stiff back? - Class 4

Transform your stiff back into a mobile and resilient back with this class.

Exercises to articulate the spine in flexion, extension and rotation. A great class to lubricate your joints, working through the range of movement, to allow you to move more freely.

15 mins - Stretch - Class 5

I always like to finish with a more calming class and stretch. This class is perfect for when you first get up and feel the need to stretch, or in the evening to unwind, stretch and relax.
