23 minutes -Nourish your Body & Mind
Hip & back mobility exercises with some lovely stretches in between
20 minutes - Hip, Glutes & Hamstrings
Stiff hips? Tight glutes & Hamstrings? This class will be great for you to mobilise, strengthen and stretch into these areas.
24 Minute - Combo Pilates
2 exercises, added together. Get the brain working on this one with some co-ordination!!
36 minutes - Balance & Core
This class will focus on balance to enable your body to feel centered & in control of your movement, using a chair for support.
The exercises will help with core strength & pelvic stabilisation, improving stability & help prevent falls.
21 Minute - Back Love
If you’ve had a long day in the office or your back is giving you a bit of grief, this class is for you!!!
Releasing tension from the spine to ease the aches, strengthening it - to keep the aches at bay and stretching it to make it feel a whole lot better.
27 minutes - Improve your Posture
This is a great class to ease tension from the neck, open out into the shoulders, strengthen the mid back and mobilize the hip joints.
Good for everyone but especially for people who sit at desks for long periods of time.
21 minutes -Upper Body Strength
Challenging the upper body by adding in small hand weights.
Expect half rolls working into the abs, shoulder bridges to mobilise the spine and a whole of exercises to strengthen and tone the shoulders
40 minute - Full Body with small hand weights
A good strengthening Full Body class, really challenging into the upper body by adding in small hand weights.
28 minutes - Layer & Build strength
A class to really build on strength by layering an exercise, making it more challenging as we go along.
We also work on pelvic control & core stability to keep our body in alignment while working into the arms & legs.
Its a spicy one!
30 minute - Release, stretch & strengthen the Spine
This is a great every day class for you to feel stretched and release tension.
22 minutes - Strong shoulders using the band
In this class, we work on the range of movement through the shoulders, and also exercises to strengthen them using the band as resistance.
I’ve also added a little glute work and of course core stability.
