17 min Ultimate Pilates Flow

An energising class to get the heart rate up a little. Gentle but challenging.

19 minutes - Lower Body & Core

Some lovely leg and glute work to feel that little burn, plus adding some stability work to really feel that deeper connection into our centre.

15 minutes - Move & Stretch

If you get up in the morning, hobble around a bit because you feel stiff, then this class is for you!!

Wake the body up with some gentle movement and stretch away ready for your day.

19 minutes - Strength & Stability

We use the Pilates Ball in this class to really challenge stability, ensuring you find that deep connection into your core to maintain a stable pelvis - very important to understand in all Pilates exercises

15 mins Pilates for lower back

Gentle class, just re visiting the principles, focusing on exercises to look after your spine.

20 minute - Post Holiday Pilates

This class is great if you’ve had a little break while on holiday. Working on mobility getting the body moving and also focusing on strengthening exercises. To add a challenge I’ve added in small hand weights, but you can do all these exercises without them.

20 minute - Back to Recovery

This class is a very gentle class to help those with long covid, recover from an injury or illness.

Gentle mobility exercises to help you ease aches & stiffness to help you feel better in yourself.

18 minute - Reset Class

If you have taken some time out for what ever reason and looking for a gentle re set class - this one is for you. Focusing on keeping the movement slow & with control, we bring more attention to our breath work. You will leave feeling calm in the mind but energised in the body, ready for the rest of your day.

17 minutes Pilates Flow

This class works on mobility and strength, working around the mat and with exercises flowing from one to another.

Great for getting that short workout in a short space of time - You will feel it!

19 minute - Adding in the Magic!!

In this class, we use the Magic Circle for support and stabilization, but be sure to challenge the arms and inner thighs too!!

19 minutes - BACK TO BASICS….

Whether you’re a complete Beginner or been practicing for years, its always good to go back and check we have the basic foundations in place.
