Over 10 days, you’ll enjoy short, easy-to-follow Pilates classes that fit seamlessly into your daily routine. Each session focuses on building core strength while gradually working on mobility, balance, and full-body strength. This challenge is perfect for anyone looking to strengthen their body, improve posture, and move with confidence—all while becoming a stronger, healthier version of themselves, one day at a time!

Establishing a strong core connection and proper alignment, teaching you how to engage their deep core muscles effectively.

DAY 4 - Core & Lower Body

This session targets the glutes, hips, and legs while keeping the core engaged for stability.

DAY 7 - Core & Balance

This session features exercises like bird-dog, standing leg lifts, all focused on engaging your core to maintain control during dynamic balancing movements.

DAY 10 - Core & Restore

This final class is all about celebrating the progress you’ve made over the last 10 days with a restorative and mindful session.

DAY 2 - Core & Mobility

This session is designed to enhance core control with gentle stretches such as the spine twist and mermaid promoting fluidity in your spine and joints.

DAY 5 - Core & Endurance

Get ready to ignite your core and take your endurance to the next level!

DAY 8 - Core & Stretch

This class will release tension, lengthen muscles, and improve mobility while keeping your core active and supported.

DAY 3 - Core & Upper Body

Here we combine powerful core engagement with arm and shoulder toning using small hand weights,

DAY 6 - Core & Glutes

Focusing on the essential connection between your Core & Glutes, two powerhouse muscle groups that work together to support stability and functional movement.

DAY 9 - Core & Flow

Full-Body Core Flow, where we integrate core strength into dynamic, whole-body movements.
