Day 10 - 21 minutes - Full Body

Working top to toe in a strong but connected way, you will feel stretched & lengthened throughout.

Day 2 - 18 minutes - Back Love

Taking the spine in different directions for mobility, strengthening & stretching. This class is great for looking after your spine and keeping it happy.

Day 5 - 18 minutes - Improve Your Posture

Especially for you desk workers!! Take a break with this class to open up the shoulders, increase mobility into yours spine, hips & hamstrings.

Day 8 - 15 Minutes - Pilates with a twist

Working on Rotation!! Strengthening into the obliques in this class which help support the spine.

Day 3 - 15 minutes - Upper Body

Working into the upper body to open out across the shoulders & strengthen them. I’ve challenged this by adding in some small hand weights too.
