10 minute core burn
If you only have 10 minutes, this class is for you. Short but effective. You will still feel you have done a good workout!
15 minutes - Tone & strengthen the legs
Flexion, extension and lengthening the legs is what this class is all about, working on core stabilization as well.
15 minutes - Glute Burn
Short, sweet and to the point…You do not need to be exercising for long periods of time to get results.
Try this 15 minute class and you will definitely feel the burn!!
12 minutes - Movement for stiff backs
If you get up in the morning and your back feels stiff, this is the class for you!
Some gentle exercises to mobilise and stretch the spine, leaving you ready for the day!
10 minutes - Heart Raising Pilates
A class with a bit more energy & a little faster pace to get the heart raised.
Not suitable for Beginners.
12 min Arms and Posture
Short class, but effective and challenging enough to work into the arms and also focus on improving your posture.
12 min Intermediate Quick Core
Great class if you are short of time, but really feel you want that quick workout to strengthen into the abdominals, obliques & pelvic floor.
If you really want to challenge yourself, try it twice!
10 minutes - Full Body movement
If you are lacking time, energy and want a quick Pilates fix, this class is for you. It will set you up for the day and yes 10 minutes is enough to lighten your mood and move your body.
10 minute - Quick Core Burn
When you’re busy its hard to fit in a full hours workout, so here is 10 minutes where you will feel your core working hard and easy to fit into your day!
15 mins Pilates for lower back
Gentle class, just re visiting the principles, focusing on exercises to look after your spine.
15 minutes - Centre & Spine connection
In this class, we work on pelvic stabilization & core stability to ensure the basic foundations are in place, when carrying out a movement.
11 minute - Lunch Time Stretch
If you sit at a desk all day, this is a great way to get some movement back into your body and stretch out.

15 minutes - Arms & Abs
To target and engage your deep core muscles while incorporating small hand weights to activate and strengthen your shoulders. It’s a focused, efficient workout that blends core stability with upper body strength, helping you build a toned, balanced physique in just a short amount of time.
